Hotel is next to Riffelberg lift station (50m), Gornergrat Rail station and Furi - Riffelberg cable car.
Getting to the hotel: Once you have arrived at the Zermatt railway station, cross Bahnhofstrasse and take the Gornergrat Bahn, which will take you to the station Riffelberg in approximately 30 minutes. Guests are responsible for buying the Gornergrat Bahn ticket from Zermatt to Riffelberg (roundtrip). If guests are purchasing a ski pass, the ski pass covers the train, BUT the first use of the ski pass activates the ski pass. Unless clients are skiing on the day of arrival, we advise clients to purchase a Gornergrat Bahn ticket from Zermatt to Riffelberg (roundtrip) and use the ski pass once they begin skiing.
