The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 5 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [16 Kearns Road Suite 203, Snowmass Village, CO 81615]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 4 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. Reception hours are 8 AM to 5 PM during the winter; 9 AM to 5 PM during the summer.
