Loved it, great time with some buddies from flagstaff for the weekend. Park had great features for all skill levels. Groomers were kept nice each day. Friendly staff. The town also had plenty of options for dining and nightlife (Durango)... More

This was definitely an incredible trip. The resort was clean, well organized, ans had a good vibe about it. With around 100 trails, this mountain feels like a hidden gem. There were no lines at the lifts on the backside of the mountain! Definiteoy a great mountain to check out.... More

Purgatory is awesome. The terrain is very unique with massive rollers everywhere. Super fun and usually easy to avoid crowds. Park is average sized but usually well maintained. Decent food and drink specials. Fun atmosphere, especially when "the beach" has a lot of visitors. Easy place to end up meeting new people and starting a party. Go to... More

Visited Purgatory resort March 2017. Was my first time skiing so I rented my gear from them and they were very helpful. The mountain itself has plenty of green slopes for a beginner to shred. Would definitely recommend!

And Durango is an absolutely awesome town as well. I skiied Purgatory and Telluride last Christmas and I... More

Purgatory is where I've gone the most # of times & it's always a blast. There are many others I'd like to go to, but this one's close enough to drive to & snow conditions are usually good. Terrain is versatile for all levels of skiers.
