Kendall Mountain Lift Tickets

Kendall Mountain Ski Area offers two types of lift tickets: Day lift tickets and Season Pass.

Day Lift Tickets

Kendall Mountain’s Day Lift Tickets must be purchased in advance online and are limited to 250 people daily due to the small size of the ski area. It is recommended to buy tickets ahead of your trip to secure your spot.

Lift ticket prices range from $18 - $26. Children who are five and under can ski for free, but it must be reserved in advance.

Half-day tickets are also available if you wish to ski only in the afternoon from 1:30 - 4:00 pm for a discounted price ranging from $12 to $17.

Season Pass

With the Kendall Mountain Season Pass, you can ski everyday at Kendall Mountain Ski Area throughout the ski season without needing to make a reservation.

Kendal Mountain Season Pass prices range from $130 - $180 for one pass. There are discounts if you purchase a Family Pass (2 adults and 2 children) or the Corporate passes.

Nearest Town to Kendall Mountain

Kendall Mountain Ski Area is located in the town of Silverton which is roughly 320 miles from Denver. It is a great ski town that is close to many of the major ski resorts in Colorado. Many skiers opt to stay in Silverton and drive out / shuttle to the ski destinations because of the cheaper lodging the town offers.

There are no ski vacation packages to Kendall Mountain Ski Area as it is a small local resort tailored for beginner skiers. That said, there are ski vacation packages to most destination resorts in Colorado.

When is the best time to go skiing in Kendall Mountain?

Kendall Mountain Ski Area is one of only four ski resorts in Colorado which do not have snow making capability. The resort relies solely on natural snowfall. As such, its better to ski there from December onwards when there is a solid base of snow.

What amenities are available at Kendall Mountain Ski Area?

There is a free, public ice rink that is open all winter. You can rent ski skates from the Lift Shack.

How much does it cost to rent ski equipment at Kendall Mountain?

Skis, boots and poles costs $25 per day for adults and $20 per day for children. Snowboard package is the same price but does not include boots.
