Banff Sunshine Ski Resort is in the heart of Banff National Park, and it's beautiful. Ski Sunshine has 1,359 ha on three mountains. You start your day at Sunshine taking a gondola to the ski area base village at 2,134 m - very European that way. Given its elevation, Sunshine has spectacular scenery and snowy mountains in all directions. Sunshine is so big you vast it encompasses skiing on both sides of the Continental Divide - Alberta and British Columbia.

Really fun place. Very easy to navigate your way around all of the runs as the majority of them funnel back towards the village. Goats eye runs give good options for more advanced. Lots of options for accomodation in Banff or Canmore.... Moreintermediate snowboarder

Beautiful powder and groomed runs with lots of terrain to satisfy the most experienced skier. Loved true ambiance of the ski town for shopping eating and resting after a day on the mountains. The people were most friendly with a smile and service for any needs you may have. Transportation to and from the airport and the ski area was well planned... Moreintermediate skier

Love this resort, spent an entire season here when i was 19, absolutely fell in love with the terrain and the all round atmosphere. Great food all around the resort, and great drinks. Never leave here hungry or disappointed.... Moreintermediate snowboarder

Unfortunately had poor snowfall in the few weeks leading up to my visit, but otherwise had a great season. Good snow quality when we did have snow and fun layout of the resort. Good off posted opportunities... Moreadvanced skier
